07/2020 With this picture I recommend you one of the best viewing points in Buenos Aires. The photo with the view of the Plaza del Congreso and the entire city center was taken from the Palacio Barolo. The old, beautiful building stands near the Congress and is built like a kind of lighthouse. At the top there is a glass dome with a beacon and a fantastic view. If you get there early, you can visit the tower in a small guided group. Registration and ticket are mandatory! Either online or on site in the entrance hall of the Palacio Barolo.
