The Point event on New Years Eve

12/2015 The Sydney New Years Eve (NYE) celebration was a major reason for our trip. We had booked tickets for the The Point Event at the Botanical Gardens of Sydney. Here you have a magnificent view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. In the early evening there was an air show and a boat parade. At 21:00 pm the first fireworks called family fireworks started. At 0:00 the major fireworks for the new year took place. A truly amazing experience!
