11/2007 The Old Parliament House in Adelaide is the seat of the Parliament of South Australia. The building was advertised in a design competition in 1874. The building was officially opened by Lord Gowrie on June 5, 1939. The building is located in the center of Adelaide close to the university and the pedestrian area.
