Tower with special features

09/2016 The television tower (Zizkov) in Prague is an extraordinary tower. It has nothing to do with the typical construction methods known from Germany. The television tower in Prague stands on three pillars. Between the pillars there are several platforms at different heights. The whole structure looks like a spaceship. The tower is 216 meters high from the ground to the top and has a restaurant with a bar at 63 meters and an observation deck at 95 meters. We ate in the restaurant during our stay. The location is definitely worth a visit. The photo was taken from the town hall tower in the old town of Prague. The unusual figures attached to the outer shell of the building can only be seen when enlarged. The crawling toddlers are by the Czech sculptor David Cerny.
