ARoS Aarhus Art Museum

Museum with a view

05/2023 The ARoS Aarhus Art Museum is located in the city center of Aarhus. The museum is known for its collection of Danish art from the 18th century to the present day, as well as international contemporary art. A unique feature of this museum is a circular, walk-in installation by Olafur Eliasson (Your Rainbow Panorama) on the roof, offering a beautiful view of the city. The glass is tinted in the colors of the rainbow. Unfortunately, the museum was closed during our visit to Aarhus, and we could only admire this highlight from below.
