11/2009 In November 2009 we were in El Quseir in Egypt. At our hotel's stand we could see a small caravan of camels every day. The camel drivers have created a new source of income by taking tourists around. Demand for the camels was not particularly high, however, so the animals were mostly seen walking without riders.
