Walk through Heidelberg

Beautiful city in cloudy weather

03/2023 At the beginning of March 2023, we went on a sightseeing tour with a friend from Singapore in Heidelberg. The weather was pretty bad though. Only grey, clouds and light fog. But we still had a lot of fun and a nice day.

First we went along the Philosophenweg to various vantage points with a view of the old town of Heidelberg and the castle. Then we crossed the old bridge to the old town. In the Hackteufel we had schnitzel to strengthen ourselves before we started the ascent to the castle. From up there you have a beautiful view of the old town and the Neckar valley. The large wine barrel from the 18th century is also worth seeing.
