Alsbach Castle

05/2019 In Alsbach-Haehnlein there is an old castle up on the mountain, or rather what is left of it. In the ruins there is a beautiful castle tavern with a beer garden. In the summer months the tavern is open on weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The castle ruins are well maintained and in the courtyard there is a blacksmith shop and other stalls that are probably used for events. The tower of the ruins is mostly open and offers a very beautiful view over Alsbach-Haehnlein and Bickenbach.
