06/2015 The flower of an iris is an absolutely symmetrical object when viewed from above. With three petals pointing vertically upwards and three pointing outwards, it forms a propeller-like structure. The white-yellow flower of the iris blooms from the end of May to June. The plant prefers shady and moist locations.
