Poisonous beauty from the garden

05/2015 I photographed these lilies of the valley in our garden. Lily of the valley blooms from early/mid-May, depending on the weather. The white flowers hang downwards. In the picture I sprayed the flowers and leaves with a water bottle to make the scene look fresher. Lily of the valley is poisonous. Contact with the plant should be avoided, as all parts of the plant are poisonous. Skin contact can cause irritation, and ingestion can cause serious cardiac arrhythmias.
