Mighty bulwark

10/2021 The lower gate of Büdingen's old town appears like a mighty fortification. It is also popularly known as the Jerusalem Gate because it was there in the early 18th century, when the religiously persecuted in front of the Wall settled in half-timbered houses built especially for them.
