Excursion to the Odenwald

07/2022 When the weather was nice, we went to Michelstadt in the Odenwald with the 9 Euro ticket. From the train station we went to Fürstenau Castle, then uphill into the forest, past the Einhard spring, the Rehbach Great Lake and beautiful buffalo on a pasture. A stop at the Gasthaus zur Gerste for a fresh cold drink before we went to the town hall and the Gasthaus zum Rathausbräu in the old town. A great day with beautiful impressions!
