Old town of Erfurt with Gera, Kr merbr cke, cathedral and citadel
11/2010 This photo was taken from the tower of the Aegidienkirche in the old town of Erfurt. The church, which is right next to the Kr merbrücke, can be climbed via rickety narrow wooden steps. From the top you have a wonderful view. The photo shows the canyon of houses on the Kr merbrücke below. Behind them is the Erfurt Mariendom and Severikirche and to the right of it the Petersberg with the citadel.
