Vlatades Monastery and Church with great murals in Thessaloniki

09/2021 The Vlatades Monastery is located above downtown Thessaloniki on the mountain. From the terrace of the monastery there is a magnificent view of the city and the sea. In addition to the beautiful view, there are also beautiful wall paintings in the small church there. I took the photo at a side entrance of the church. More in our travel video, see link below.
