Large room with lake view
09/2021 Our room was huge and overall had a modern yet palatial style. There was more than enough space for two large suitcases. We even had a view of the lake from our balcony. But this is rather the exception, most of the rooms face the inner courtyard. This one is rather simple and unexciting.
Good breakfast
I didn't even take a picture of the restaurant. It was in the basement, right on the courtyard overlooking the pool. The restaurant was a good size and it was easy to get a seat. Everything you needed was there at the buffet. One can only criticize the air conditioning, it was a bit too cool in the restaurant and you needed a thin jacket. A few degrees more would have been good for us and the environment.
Directly near the city center
From the hotel you can walk in a few minutes to the city center to the lively streets with restaurants, as well as to the old town with the fortress. If you have trouble walking, you can also take a taxi. The hotel is on a major road and it is easy to find a taxi in any direction.
Magnificent lobby
The hotel is a congress hotel and offers a magnificent ambience. This is already noticeable in the lobby (see picture). There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. We didn't pay anything extra for the parking lot.
