Sights Metsovo and Dodoni in Greece

Mountain villages and ancient sports venues

09/2021 Travel video of the sights of our round trip through Metsovo and Dodoni. The cities are located in the Pindus Mountains and the Epirus region.

Metsovo itself is a small traditional mountain village with beautiful streets and squares. In the restaurants you can drink local cheese, sausage and good red wine. But as a tourist you should always look carefully at the bill so as not to be ripped off.

Dodoni is an ancient sports venue and theater. The historic building was designed for 18 thousand people. The amphitheater is very well preserved and is currently being restored, so unfortunately we could not take a photo from the upper part of the building. With the drone there were still a few nice shots from the air.
