Iceland highlights between Husavik and Akureyri

Highlights in the north

06/2021 Our day starts with the small town of Husavik in the north of Iceland. The harbor, from which many whale watching tours start, is particularly beautiful.

We continue to Hverir, a geothermal area near Myvatn. When walking between the sulfur springs and steaming piles of stones, you almost have the feeling of being on another planet.

Next stop is Godafoss, one of the most famous waterfalls in Iceland. Finally, a city tour in Akureyri.
