Splashing lava

06/2021 The photo is a super exciting shot. The lava shoots up into the air and spills over the side of the crater rim. The glowing lumps of lava just about jump in the air before they lie down on the already cooled lava like a new glowing film.

The picture was taken after sunset. The light of the evening sun and the glowing lava is really unique and was also very impressive on site!
