Hot water from the mountain

04/2023 A geological feature in Jordan, located in the Madaba district. Here near Machaerus, are the MaIn Hot Springs. A large hotel is located directly next to a waterfall with 30-60 degree Celsius water. We stayed overnight here and enjoyed a bath in the hot water in the evening. This picture was taken at sunrise from the breakfast terrace. The hotel may be showing its age, but the accommodation and food were okay.
