Tanos Boutique Guesthouse Valletta Malta
Very nice boutique hotel in the old town of Valletta in Malta. The small hotel impresses with its central location and the great roof terrace overlooking the harbor.

Large bright room with balcony
05/2018 Our room in Tanos Boutique Guesthouse was on the third floor facing the street (but still quiet). The room is bright, nicely furnished and has a good size. In addition to a double bed, there was a sofa bed, a closet with safe, a mini bar, TV and a small balcony.
The bathroom was very new and renovated. A small historic spiral staircase leads directly into the breakfast restaurant. Alternatively you could go with the elevator, which can be found half a flight of stairs down the mezzanine.
Small breakfast restaurant with nice roof terrace
The breakfast restaurant impresses particularly by its beautiful roof terrace with fantastic view of the harbor. You sit very relaxed outside under an awning. However, there are only four tables outside and it is also very small inside. Everything is bright and friendly and equipped with large windows.
The breakfast is not very extensive, but there is everything you need for a good start into the day: different coffees, rolls, sweet bits, jam and savory spreads, cereals and juice.
Central location in the old town of Valletta
We chosed Tanos Boutique Guesthouse for its central location. As it is on a street that is not a pedestrian street, it is very easy to get there by taxi. On the third floor it is also very quiet, despite occasional cars.
Just around the corner is the pedestrian area and all sights and shops. Also restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. It is also not far to the harbor. An ideal starting point if you want to explore the old town on foot.
