Windmills on the Rotte

05/2024 I photographed these three beautiful windmills on a water canal (Rotte) in the south of the Netherlands. In order to photograph the windmills in beautiful light, I got up extra early and drove there before sunrise. The weather was perfect and there was no wind. That's why the first windmill right on the canal is reflected so beautifully in the water. The morning trip was definitely worth it.
