Hot river
06/2022 In Furnas on Sao Miguel (Azores) there are many places with geothermal energy. The photo shows the hot river in the Poca da Dona Beija thermal baths. Here, hot water flows down the mountain from a spring and is heated to 38 degrees for the pools. The modern complex has several different pools. Each entry includes 1.5 hours of stay.
