06/2022 For me, the Salto do Cabrito waterfall is the most beautiful on Sao Miguel, an island in the Azores. The hike there is already a highlight. You hike through the rainforest and jungle, sometimes on thick pipes for a hydroelectric power plant that is nearby. The Salto do Cabrito waterfall has several cascades and is simply sensational with its colorful rocks and lush greenery! More in our Azores travel video, see link below.
