Aerial view of Macayo on La Gomera

Fantastic hillside location

03/2022 On our hike from Chorros de Epina to Vallehermoso we passed the small town of Macayo. We really liked the place. The small colorful houses are all beautifully built on the hillside and have a great view of the valley and the sea. I took the picture with my DJI Mini 2 drone. Flying is only allowed in a few places on La Gomera. This is the case here, more about this in my travel video, see link below.
