Prasat Phimai Historical Park

08/2015 On our third day of the Thailand tour we drive from the hotel to the lake Lumtakong. After a brief stop we continue to a very interesting temple surrounded by a park. The Virhan Luang Phor Toh is still very new and was built with the money of Thai celebrity. From Luang Phor Toh Virhan we continue to Phimai. There we visited the Historical Park Prasat Phimai. The proximity of this area to Cambodia can bee seen in architecture of the buildings. At the end of the day we stop at a recreational area on the outskirts of Phimai. The special thing about this place is that the Park is located in a huge mangrove forest.
