07/2020 Anyone who takes a look across the large Avenida 9 de Julio in Buenos Aires will immediately notice the tall building with the picture of a woman. It is the building of a federal social agency and is called the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nacion. The lady in the picture is the former First Lady and socially active Eva Peron. She is highly respected by large parts of the population.
