12/2023 The folk festival on the grounds of Festival City at Water Garden City was a great experience. Here, as a Western tourist, you were an exotic species among the many Arab locals. The atmosphere on the festival grounds was great! That was probably also due to the beautiful concept. For the entry fee of 2 BHD you got 8 vouchers per person, with which you could ride the rides and test your skills at the small game stalls. Rolling the ball was actually much harder than expected. Luckily, there were countless other games. For every hit there was a chip. At the end you could exchange these at a central cash register for a prize, such as cuddly toys.
