06/2008 Mulin Rouge means red mill in English and is a variety theater in the Paris district of Montmartre on the Place Blanche. The name probably comes from the mill on the roof. The house has a long history. It is certainly internationally known for the 1974 title Lady Marmalade by The Eleventh Hour, which is about the Moulin Rouge.
