Picturesque old town of Engen
Engen is a beautiful town north of Lake Constance with a very picturesque old town. In winter, there is also a very pretty Christmas market here. Due to Corona, it didn't take place this time, but the city center was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

A stroll through the old town is worthwhile
04/2021 Engen lies in the middle of the volcanic landscape of Hegau with its unique cone mountains. Between Lake Constance, the Black Forest and Switzerland, the romantic old town with its southern flair invites you to take a stroll. Before Christmas, the old town is beautifully decorated and there is also a Christmas market. The town hall and market square are somewhat elevated on the main street of the pedestrian zone. At the back, you have a beautiful view of the valley and Krenking Castle.
