Nice morning at Zugspitze
After the weather forecast looked good for the Zugspitze early in the morning, we decided to drive straight to Grainau and take the cable car up to Germany's highest peak - it was definitely worth it!

Nice view from Zugspitze
04/2021 Germany's highest mountain is a must-see. Since we were in the vicinity and the weather looked good in the morning, we spontaneously decided to take the gondola to the Zugspitze. You should definitely find out about the weather at the top in advance. There is a very good website with live webcam and forecast. The ticket for the gondola is quite expensive and it would be a shame not to have a view at the top. But after the early morning fog had cleared, we were lucky and could enjoy the panoramic view.
