Call the Amazon hotline

10/2017 I've had problems with an exchange/warranty claim at Amazon in the last few weeks. That's why I went to the Amazon website to look for a real phone number for the Amazon hotline. I clicked through the FAQs, the help section and the legal notice, but didn't find anything. I had already called Amazon years ago and was of the opinion that a number could be found somewhere. Ultimately, only a Google search led me to a list of Amazon hotline numbers. To make it easier for you, here is the number I was able to find: Amazon Hotline Germany: 0800 3638469 I hope this helps you! It's a shame that Amazon hides its phone number like that.
