Train route for travel route on Google Maps map

Route rail travel connection on Google Map

03/2011 I've often searched for that too. A possibility to display the route of rail travel connections on a map, e.g. Google Maps. There is actually a solution for this on Bahn.de. You can use the train's Google applet to view the route/travel route on a map.

Another plus point - you can even see the bus stops and S-Bahn stations at the start and destination stations. By clicking on the icons you can even search for and display additional connections. It's a shame that this function isn't placed more prominently.
