Stedji beer brewery in Iceland

04/2021 Because the weather was bad anyway, we had put the Stedji beer brewery on our daily program. However, we were surprised how tiny the brewery is and that it actually looks like a normal farm from the outside. We simply thought too much in German dimensions.

The beer was super tasty and because the owner just had few guests and was happy about German visitors, we got an extra detailed tour of his brewery. He even has a master brewer from Germany. The creations were quite exciting. Some of these can only be bought in Iceland, for example because a beer contains ingredients from Wall-l, it cannot be exported in the EU.
