Turtle on the beach

05/2021 I photographed this beautiful large sea turtle during our morning tour at Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve. A few hours earlier, the turtle had laid its eggs in a hollow in the sand and filled them up again in front of our eyes. The photo shows the moment when the tortoise was done and started out of the sand hollow towards the sea.
