Arco da Vila in Faro

Historic city gate to the old town

10/2022 During our walk in Faro, in the Algarve, we walked right through the old town. The photo shows the city gate on the northern side of the old town, the Arco da Vila. The gate is seamlessly integrated into the building. Unfortunately, the street was so busy that it was impossible to take a photo without people.
