Military fortress

09/2022 During our vacation we also went to Sagres and visited the fortress. The Fortaleza de Sagres, also known as Sagres Fortress, is a historic fortification located in southwest Portugal on the Algarve coast. It is considered one of the region's most important landmarks and has a rich history that dates back to the 15th century. We were there at sunset and walked around the huge complex in the evening sun.
