Sunset at Ponte Luis in Porto

Historical bridge in front of a beautiful backdrop

06/2022 The view from the Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar monastery of the old town of Porto and the sunset is impressive. On the front right of this picture is the Ponte Luis, an old half-timbered arch bridge over the Douro. The river runs along the old town of Porto and the Ribeira district. I had timed the moment when one of the trams crosses the bridge. This adds another exciting detail to the picture.
