01/2006 You can always hear them darting through the city with their eye-catching signal horn. But you rarely see an operation like this. We were lucky enough to see the fire department in action. Nothing bad happened, but the noise was wonderful. The photo was taken near Alamo Square in Jan 2006. After 20 minutes, the firefighters' mission was over. Good to know that the fire brigade boys are from the fast squad. That's generally calming ;)
