07/2020 A special church in Buenos Aires is the Basilica Maria Auxiliadora and San Carlos. The interior of the church is decorated in impressive red and blue colors. Historically, the church also has a special feature. Pope Francis was baptized here on Christmas 1936. The basilica was built between 1900 and 1910, with the approval of Pope Leon XIII and under the supervision of the famous Italian architect Ernesto Vespignani.
