08/2020 A gin from France and cognac, all rather unusual. The Citadelle Gin can even do both and the website of the manufacturer Cognac Ferrand describes the origin of the gin as French juniper schnapps and Dutch genever. The London Dry Gin is said to go back to a recipe from the 18th century and is named after a small distillery in Dunkirk, in the north of France.
