10/2020 Bad weather at Lake Constance and now? The Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen is a very good alternative. I hadn't thought before that it would be so exciting. I didn't know until now that Dornier was such a great aviation pioneer. A small experimental company became a global company with records.

In 1930, the Dornier Wal D-1422 was the first aircraft to fly across the Atlantic to New York in what was then an unbelievable 44 hours and 25 minutes. For a long time, Dornier whales flew around the world to transport mail. The exhibition shows impressive history and great exhibits and media preparations.
