Excursion tip Breuberg Castle in the Odenwald

06/2020 By chance we became aware of Breuberg Castle near Hoechst in the Odenwald. The great fortress from the 12th century stands in the middle of greenery and is normally used as a youth hostel. Since the castle is little known outside of Hesse, hardly any tourists come here. A great destination in Hesse, Germany.
