01/2021 Today we drove to the Odenwald. To be more precise, to the small Felsenmeer (sea of rocks) near Steinau in the Fischbachtal. The winter had probably brought fresh snow the night before and the trees and branches were all covered in white snow.\r\n\r\nIn addition to the small sea of rocks, there was also the Gagernstein and the Rimdidim, a stone hill from which one used to have a great view of the Odenwald. Today, unfortunately, everything is surrounded by trees. Anyone who likes Lost Places will also find it here. The former Friends of Nature house is a dilapidated ruin in the middle of the forest. A large complex with a pool and several buildings.
