03/2023 The Lion Temple in Petra is a small, hidden temple with weathered lion's heads next to the door. If you hike the trail to the rock monastery of Ad Deir, you have to be careful not to miss the small turnoff. A detour is worthwhile. The colorful rock lets its colors shine in the sun.
