05/2021 Normally, when you go swimming, you imagine a lake or the sea. Here in the Wadi Bani Khalid it is rather small water basins through which the mountain river flows. Anyone who thinks of the cold streams in the German Alps when they hear the word mountain river is wrong. The water is pleasant due to the heat in Oman and not too cold.
