Travel to the enchanting north of Portugal

06/2022 My wife and I were in the city of Porto, Portugal in July 2022. We explored the historic old town with its many sights on foot. We found Porto almost more beautiful than Lisbon.

We also took two trips to the area around Porto with the rental car. Once we went to the Douro Valley, a beautiful wine-growing region. Here we took the ship from Peso da Rágua to Pinhão. The second excursion went to Braga. In addition to the old town, the highlight there is the church of Bom Jesus do Monte.
