Douro and Cais da Ribeira in Porto

06/2022 The charm of Porto's historic old town has several reasons. It's probably the colorful and sometimes crooked old houses as well as the palaces and churches that stretch up the slopes of the Douro River. I really liked the skyline of the old town. The photo was taken from across the river in Vila Nova de Gaia. Some of the well-known wineries, especially for good port wine, are located here.
