03/2018 The grass look with the piping nozzle no. 233 (Wilton) works very well. For this I made a cream cheese buttercream with a vanilla flavor and colored it green. When applying it, you have to make sure that you always pull the piping bag away from the cake. So put it on, pipe and then pull it towards you: This is how the grass turns out particularly well.

I also made a bunny out of fondant that dips into the cake. The eggs are store-bought chocolate eggs. Inside is a turnip cake with vanilla cream cheese buttercream.

Recipe R blitorte (Thermomix)

Ingredients:

120 g rapeseed oil
100 g hazelnuts
200 g carrots
200 g sugar
3 eggs
250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder a little salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a springform pan (28 cm).
Put the hazelnuts in the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds / level 6 and transfer to a bowl.
Put the carrots in pieces in the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds / level 5 and add to the hazelnuts.
Insert the mixer attachment.
Put the sugar, eggs and oil in the mixing bowl and stir for 1 minute / level 3 until creamy.
Remove the mixer attachment.
Add the chopped nuts and carrots and stir in for 20 seconds / level 4.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and stir for 20 seconds / level 5.
Pour the dough into the greased springform pan and bake for 30 minutes (180 degrees).
Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Ingredients:

250g butter
250g double cream cream cheese (e.g. from Philadelphia)
250g powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Preparation:

Stir the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla until white and creamy.
Are fruit puree, jam, lemon juice etc.
Admittedly, this should be stopped now.
Stir the cream cheese into the butter mixture very briefly at a low level.
If you stir for too long, the cream cheese will curdle!
Pour the frosting into a piping bag.
If it is still very soft, it should be refrigerated for 10 to 20 minutes.
