09/2021 I took the photo with my DJI drone. I had applied for a special flight permit for this, since the mosque is very close to the approach path of Ioannina airport. This had been approved with restrictions on the flight altitude. It was worth it, because the old town with the fortress area and the Fetichie Mosque look great from the air!
